Helped the University of Maastricht transform a scientific research concept into a repeatable method that is now a commercial product. Responsible for concept refinement, system design, requirements, and mobile app development. In partnership with Code Art B.V.
A free set of calculators helping people make important and financially complex life decisions with clarity and confidence.
Built a call center application for field service mechanics featuring automatic appointment scheduling based on problem descriptions, multi-region mechanic assignment, and route planning optimization. In partnership with Code Art B.V.
Results: Reduced missed appointments by 400/month, improved mechanic job satisfaction through optimized routes based on home location, and significantly reduced scheduling effort. Successfully rolled out across multiple countries.
